Just Want To Say...
Good Evening Everyone, I have a little time now and thought I would send a thought out to you. My day is filled with caring for my patient from 6AM to 11PM each day.
The walking, exercises, cooking, bathing, wound cleaning and other things, it keeps ME rather busy. Of course, I'm caring for myself because he just do not want anybody else doing for him.
Thank God I was able to get days rest before he was discharged.
I will be visiting with you soon to see all the goodies I've missed while away. I'm sorry I couldn't get back with you personally to thank you for your care, love and beautiful words of encouragement. Please know, having you reach out from blog land was indeed a huge moral support. As James phrase it, "Yall are some good people!
Hope you and your family are well and we both wish you a wonderful evening. We have had some very cool mornings, but now it is getting warm, up to 83 today. You remember those 3 weeks of non-stop heat we had last year 105-110! I pray it will not be this way again!
James is waiting on dinner...take care and I'll be back in the swing of things soon!
Love to You All,
Loretta
I will have to get acquainted with this new format...I don't like it... it takes me to long to post. Have you mastered it?

Hey Ya'll Out There
I hope all of you are doing ok. I want to thank each and everyone of you for your kind words
and prayers, cause I tell you, I needed all I could get! Doc told me just one more day, and I woulda'
been a gonna, I guarantee! I can't thank the Lord enough for watching over me.
I'm back home now...everybody is scratching their heads wondering how! Well, like I told all the
others, I werent 'bout to leave my ole' gal behind for some ole' pol-cat to come sniffing' 'round!
Heeheeeee! Seriously now, I just want all you good people to know, Loretta has really stuck by me, and
didn't leave my side at that hospital (not that I wanted her to leave)not one time although ya'll know
she's got a lot to deal with concerning her health. Now that we are home she's still doing it all. I can't
believe how much she is doing. She tells me the Lord is working with her now, and I believe it!
I thank God every day for her and pray we live a long life together. I know I'm not the only one with
sickness out there, so I want to wish you all good health and if you are going through any problems and such,
let us all know so we can say a prayer for you...one more wont hurt, will it?
Well, Loretta is fussing about being on this machine too long, so I guess I'll get off, but, not before I
say this again, ya'll are some caring, wonderful folks and I'm here to tell anybody that, I guarantee!
Take care of yourself and your family and don't forget your neighbors, we got us some good folks around here.
Loretta says don't none of you forget her, she'll be back in a while as soon as her patient gets better. Now,
ain't she special, that's why I love my gal! Do you think now she'll git rid of her shotgun? Heeheeeheee, I better
quit a 'fore I rip somethin'.
Love ya'll, this is the hubster signing off,
James

Update 3 on James' Recovery
Hello Everyone, Thank you so much for your encouraging words. I am pleased to tell you, if all goes
as well with James' recovery, he will be discharged from hospital tomorrow! Doctors are so astounded at
his rapid recovery, they are still saying it is unbelievable! Out of ICU the next early morning after surgery,
into a private room, then off all machines. Next, off oxygen, stats normal, sitting up, walking, tubes out,
everything stable and if all numbers continue...he will be home tomorrow! What an awesome God we have...
His spirit was certainly all around us!
Now, the other end of recovery...we have a long row to hoe here at home...but I am certain we will be
Blessed to finish this too! Again, thank you all for keeping us in your thoughts and prayers! You are truly
awesome friends and we are Happy to have you in our life! May God's rich Blessings be with you all!
Love to you all,
Loretta
