Yeah, you guessed it! Some wanted to know how I cleaned my pots. I'm cleaning in the kitchen now, and thought I'd stop to demonstrate this chore. Thanks to my husband, who can mess up a pot quicker than the blink of an eye, I have one that needs my attention. I don't know what he's doing to muck it up this way, but I'm going to find out! lol
I start out with protecting my tabletop. This one was built with a special wood, from the floor up by a carpenter in Florida, and I have not been able to find him. My Mom will pay well to have one like it!
Sorry, I do tend to digress lol. Follow the pictures and you'll find with a bit of elbow grease, you'll have it done in no time!

The cleaners |
The scouring pads. The first ones are nylon mesh, The square ones, scouring pads and the ones I love, and the copper ones are for scrubbing |
This is how the pot was inside |
And this is how it looked outside |
The pot sprayed with oven cleaner and soaked 15-20 minutes |
I tested by wiping with a paper towel |
Then scrubbed with the yellow pad in the picture |
And at the end of soaking, the goop wipes off easily, then I scrubbed the rest |
With a little more scrubbing inside and into the crevices |
Down to the bottom of the pot, it is finally clean in and out! |
Oven cleaner! {{slapping myself up side the head}} DUH! Thanks for the tip. Now I have some scrubbing to do!
